It was salvaged from a 1900's Victorian homestead. Both ends of a length have cut/docked to leave a nice clean end that is usable with no wastage. The flooring works out to be a fraction under $16- per linear metre. The total amount of flooring in this house lot is 360.2 l/m ( or 55.5 square metres) and is made up of the following lengths: 2@6.6, 5@6.5, 1@5.8, 1@4.7, 1@4.6, 8@4.1, 8@3.9, 2@3.8, 2@3.7, 5@3.6, 3@3.5, 6@3.4, 2@3.3, 3@3.2, 11@3.1, 10@3.0, 7@2.9, 4@2.8, 4@2.7, 4@2.6, 1@2.4, 1@2.3, 2@2.1, 2@2.0, 1@1.9, 1@1.8, 3@1.7, 1@1.5, 2@1.4, 8@1.3, 1@1.2, 1@0.9 .... There's also an extra 10.1 l/m of short lengths that will be included in the pack free of charge. These lengths are sized at: 8@0.8, 1@0.7, 3@0.6, 3@0.4 .... The flooring is classed as A grade. It has been denailed. The tongue and grooves are in excellent condition and complete. All the grooves on every stick in the pack have been cleaned out, making it easy to re-lay. The tongues are pretty clean but not immaculately clean. The boards have been lacquered previously. The lacquer is well worn which makes it easier to cut it back prior to re-coating. All the flooring has been packed into manageable bundles of 3 or 4 lengths. Come pick up time you’ll appreciate the ease of loading and unloading.
